摘要
Aiming at the current contradiction between the rapid growth of the number of electric vehicles and the constraints of the residential distribution network on the users' charging demand, an orderly charging optimization strategy for electric vehicles based on the optimal weight ITOPSIS method is proposed. By analyzing the travel law of electric vehicles, the travel time distribution of electric vehicles as well as the charging and discharging model are established. On the basis of the traditional TOPSIS ordering method, the concept of absolute positive and negative ideal points is proposed to solve the mis-ordering phenomenon of the traditional TOPSIS ordering method, and a two-stage ordering is adopted to evaluate the comprehensive performance of different weight vectors, which solves the problem of the optimal weight indicator existing in the traditional TOPSIS. By simulating and comparing the unordered charging, traditional TOPSIS sequencing method charging and ITOPSIS charging, the results show that the ITOPSIS charging strategy significantly improves the user's charging satisfaction under the guarantee of the user's charging demand and effectively reduces the charging cost and load fluctuation.
