摘要
Addressing the high sensitivity of cold atom gravimeters to environmental vibrations, this paper proposes a novel active vibration isolation control method. The approach evolves through meticulously designed steps: it begins with the construction of an active vibration isolation model tailored for cold atom gravimeters; followed by the development of a nominal model that reflects the characteristics of the actual system; it then devises a specific control law based on the nominal model; and ultimately formulates the complete control strategy for the cold atom gravimeter's active vibration isolation system.This control method takes into account the unpredictability of external disturbances and the imprecision of models, tackling challenges often overlooked by traditional control technologies. By establishing a solid and robust nominal model, the method ensures rapid convergence of vibration velocity and displacement within the isolation system, significantly enhancing the precision of the control system. Simulation results have validated the effectiveness of the proposed method, confirming its success in suppressing vibration interference and markedly improving the measurement accuracy and performance stability of cold atom gravimeters. This research contributes important theoretical and practical advancements to the progress of cold atom gravity measurement technology and also offers a new solution for active vibration isolation to ensure the reliable operation of precision instruments in complex environments.
