摘要
Digital transformation is an important direction of enterprise development. At present, China Telecom is facing problems such as high cost of service channel construction and low service efficiency. Therefore, China Telecom has carried out digital transformation research represented by "AI Digital Business Hall", using advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of things, face recognition, voice recognition and so on, to quickly meet the demands of users with intelligent means. At present, it has achieved good results in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Wuhan and other provinces.
