摘要
Nuclear main steam relief isolation valve(MSRIV) is one type of high-end control valve, which plays an important role in ensuring the safety and function of the secondary circuit system of nuclear power plants. To reveal its operation mechanism in depth, this paper starts from fluid-structure-thermal multi-physics coupling modeling, combined with prototype experiments, and conducts a special study on the flow fields, action characteristics and key design parameters of the MSRIV. The generation and evolution mechanism of the internal flow field and the change mechanism of the driving force under the multi-field coupling are revealed, thereby the influence of key design parameters on the valve action performance is explored. The research methods and conclusions of this paper are not only helpful to the in-depth understanding of the operating characteristics of the MSRIV, but also have reference value for its design and performance improvement, and also the going out strategy of China. © 2024 Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
