摘要
Complex require-ments for the operative supply chain management lead to complex decision-making situations in day-to-day business. A conceptualized, modular simulation model for operative supply chain management can support decision-making based on analyses and data. The modularization en-ables a flexible, efficient and company-specific application of the simulation model. Modularity is realized through the individual combination of suitable modules and functions as well as the definition of associated information flows. Information flows are specified by defined information objects, e. g. a production order or a machine. The modules and functions display the different process steps. © 2024 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston, Germany.
