摘要
This paper describes the results of investigation on the effects of the amounts of C, Si and N on creep properties of the ASTM A387-91 steel (ORNL-type Mod. 9Cr-1Mo steels). The creep ductilities of nearly all the specimens exceeded the lower limit value 75% of reduction of area of ruptured specimens which is recommended in the ORNL report. The results obtained in this report, together with those of microstructure observation and low-speed high-temperature tensile tests, can be rationally explained from the stand-points of precipitation and solution hardening.
