摘要
Many bacteria were isolated from the marine of South China Sea. The 16S rDNA amplified from one of these isolations, which produces antibiotics (strain ZS110), was cloned. As molecular criteria, 680 nucleotides sequence of 16S rDNA were determined and analyzed. The results indicate that ZS110 is Bacillus subtilis.
