摘要：
Four anthraquinone derivatives (A similar to D) and sterigmatocystin were first isolated simultaneously from the metabolites of mangrove fungus # 2526 originated from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated as averufin (A), nidurufin (B), versicolorin C (C) and physicion (D) by comprehensive spectrometric methods. In the primary bioassay, compound A did not exhibit significant antibacterial activity and it also had no significant inhibitory activity against DNA topoisomerase (hTOP I) as compound D.
