摘要
Testing methods and experimental results for bare and coated low carbon steels are described. A technique consisting of field exposure of samples of thin sheet for short times (3 mo) was found sufficient to judge the comparative aggressivity of different locations or, at a given location, the aggressivity of different seasons. Some comparisons are made with accelerated laboratory tests.
