摘要
The effects of pre-processing and expression conditions on soybean oil yield during mechanical expression were studied. In general, the trends showed that the oil yields were improved by increasing the temperature, pressure, and pressing time with a sample moisture content of 9. 5 to 10%. Maximum yields achieved ranged from 58. 8 to 85. 7% of the available oil depending on the sample, how it was pre-conditioned and the expression conditions.
