摘要
Various constraints are considered that prevent the output and input rate increases of information packets in computer networks. These constraints are: finite transmission capacity, dimensions and limited number of storage units in intermediate stations, limited power of processor. The problem of flow control of various packet switching networks, like Arpanet, Datapac, Transpac and Cyclades, is investigated.
