Application of Charge Transfer Devices and Surface Acoustic Wave Components to Analog Signal Processing - 3.

The performance of the systems that can be implemented with charge transfer devices and/or surface acoustic wave devices, such as correlators, oscillators, and global transform operators, are analyzed. The conclusion of this analysis is that charge transfer devices are best suited to systems where the signal to be processed has duration of more than 100 mu s and the surface acoustic wave devices are to be used when the signal bandwidth exceeds 10 MHz.
