摘要：
The model of integrated information system based on Web and the structure of multi-tier in the logic are presented. And the emphasis is laid on the structure of middle layer based on the component system, and the key technique in how to establish the system. The trait of database design in the integration and the design of component are discussed. According to the information system for a certain power industry bureau, the actual procedure of integration is analyzed.
