摘要
A new technique for measuring time constant of fluorescence was introduced. Its time resolution can attain 1ps and the incident light energy required is only 10-1.7J. Its measuring principle diagram was given and the working principle of the system was described in detail. This new measuring technique has been successfully used in the measurement of the weak fluorescence of human gallbladder to determine the existence of tiny gallstone.
