摘要
This paper presents an advanced integrated fault diagnosis expert system to assist operators at local control centers in Korea. A SCADA simulator is also developed for test and demonstration. The system utilizes all the available information in a local control center for the better diagnostic performance. The major feature of the system is dealing of multiple fault diagnosis by the topology based uncertain reasoning process. As the system is based on the general topological knowledge, overall performance and the generality are enhanced.
