X-ray laminography with panel detector translation scan

摘要
An advanced fast quasi-3D imaging method for inspecting moving object is presented. Using cone-beam X-ray and panel detector translation scan (PDTS), quasi-3D data of the object structure can be obtained just by one translation scan.
