摘要
The SAPR TPL system of computer aided design of foundary and casting production processes is a package intended to serve as a tool in automating engineering work in steelcasting production. The SAPR TPL package is based on modular design principle and is geared to the following problems: assignment of parameters of manufacturing processes, tooling, and instrumentation; evaluation and analysis of parameters and optimization of production processes; formating of technological documents and records. The hardware of the SAPR TPL system is based on the SM-1420. 01 computer system. The database for the SAPR TPL system software combines libraries and files of customized, type-standard, and grouped manufacturing processes, data on physical and technological characteristics of foundary steels and materials for molds and process design work.
