摘要
A physical model of an air Cushion vehicle hull system, together with a groundboard free to oscillate in heave, was built and tested. The model was fitted with a relay control system operating a vent valve, and experiments were carried out to validate and extend the insight into heave control gained from previously reported studies on a hybrid computer system. Results reported and discussed show that the system successfully controlled some regimes of heave, as predicted by the computer simulation.
