摘要
A new method of laser drilling, called Ultrasonic Laser Machining in which ultrasonic vibration is exerted on the workpiece being irradiated by a laser bean has been developed. Experiments have been conducted in order to study the effects of the ultrasonic vibration on the shape and dimension of holes and the weight of removed materials.
