摘要
The purpose of this paper is to get feedback from the employees of a Jordanian construction company that has just implemented the ISO standards in its work. The aim of the research is to explore how correctly the ISO-9000 Standards were implemented by a construction company and to examine whether the employees of the company understood what the ISO-9000 Standards were all about. For this purpose a short questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the employees, including top management. The analysis showed that there was a major problem in the way the ISO-9000 Standards were implemented since many key employees, even after the introduction of the ISO-9000 Standards, did not seem to be aware of what it was all about. The study, also showed that some employees resisted the introduction of the standards.
