Commissioning and project closeout checklist for outdoor dust collector and makeup air unit with barcode designation 11111 are presented. The basis of design include review and confirmation of design intent and review of BAS computer trending. Specification review include confirmation of Division 1 mechanical and electrical requirements and Division 17 building automation requirements. Building system demonstration include commissioning engineers facilitating functional performance tests (FPT), spot-check system training during the FPTs, and maintaining corrective action log and necessary retesting. LEED certification compliance include complete recommissioning manual and confirming LEED measuring and verification plan. Documentation to building manager include basis of design/design intent document, prefunctional performance test checklists, and field reports.
