摘要
Conducted a simulation to the pyrolysis process of refuse derived fuel (RDF) based on chemical simulation software aspen plus firstly and established the pyrolysis reaction model to obtain the pyrolysis yields of RDF products and the volume fractions of pyrolysis gases. Then the pyrolysis experiment of RDF was conducted in a high-temperature tube furnace and the volume fractions of pyrolysis gases were measured by using gas chromatographic analyzer. By comparing the simulation values with experimental values, it is concluded that: the yields of pyrolysis liquid and gas increase with the increase of final pyrolysis temperature, but the yield of semi-coke decreases, while the H2 volume fraction increases but the CO2 volume fraction decreases; Compared to the RDF added waste lime, the RDF added sludge lower productivities of pyrolysis liquid and char, whereas has higher productivity of pyrolysis gas; the CO2 volume fraction reduces with the decrease of biomass content; moreover, the volume fraction of CO2 from the RDF added sludge is lower than that from the RDF added waste lime.
