摘要
To avoid repeated tests and complicated finite element model analysis, it is important to find an accurate and simplified approach to describe the shear behavior of high-strength bolts connection. Nonlinear finite element model of high-strength bolt connection is established with ABAQUS and then element types, bolt mechanical behavior, the material stress-strain relationship and contact model are described details. Non-linear finite element model is proved correct and applicable base on existing typical shear tests. The shear behavior of bolted connections is further discussed. Through a large number of parametric analyses, the three feature points and four stages of the simplified shear behavior model of high-strength bolt connection are calibrated. The simplified shear behavior model and hysteretic model of high-strength bolt are proposed. Through case study the feasibility of the model is validated. The results show that the simplified model has a simple form and can result in accurate calculation which makes it a great tool for the future engineering application.
