摘要
Herein, the high-temperature tensile deformation behavior in the range of 500-750 degrees C for laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V (TA15) alloy after annealing treatment has been investigated in detail. The experimental results show that the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and yield strength (YS) of the sample decrease gradually with the increase of test temperature, while the elongation (EL) of the sample increases gradually. The reduction in strength can be attributed to the decrease in dislocation density. When the tensile temperature is below 550 degrees C, a pronounced work-hardening phenomenon can be observed. At temperatures above 650 degrees C, significant dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization effects lead to significant softening. When the tensile temperature is below 600 degrees C, the fracture mode is transgranular fracture, while when the temperature is 650 degrees C, the fracture mode changes to intergranular fracture. After annealing, L-PBF TA15 samples exhibit excellent mechanical properties at medium to high temperatures, which provides an important reference value for the application of L-PBF fabricated titanium alloy components in the aerospace industries.
