摘要
Benchmarking-evaluation method is suggested to evaluate the logistic service performance of supply chain. In the combination of the achievements obtained both at home and abroad, a multilevel evaluation index system of logistic service performance of supply chain has been constructed in the paper. The system consists of such 6 grade I indexes and 23 grade II indexes as logistic service organization management, logistic service information management, logistic service demand management, logistics operation management, logistic service operation management and logistic service marketing management. Also, a mathematic model of benchmarking-evaluation method is established, and is applied to evaluate the logistics service performance of a supply chain in this paper.
