摘要：
The integrated logistics service provider could be unable to fully meet customer demand, due to logistics service capability shortage. In this case, the integrated logistics service provider has to purchase logistics services capability from functional logistics service provider to carry out the logistics operation. Therefore, the functional logistics service provider selection problem is a very important issue to manage the online retailing LSSC. The evaluation system of functional logistics service provider was established based on the theory of logistics capability and the characters of online retailing service. The ideal solution was account of fuzzy A.H.P assessment and cumulative prospect theory.
