摘要
Porcine acellular dermal matrix (pADM) was crosslinked by epoxy compound (glycerol polyglycidyl ether)and carbodiimide (EDC) respectively. The properties of pADM, EDC-pADM, EC(GPE)-pADM were mensurated, such as efficiency of crosslinking, XPS, acute toxicity and cytotoxicity. It was showed that glycerol polyglycidyl ether (GPE) was less effective than EDC, hydrophilic performance of EC-pADM was better than EDC-pADM. The acute toxicity of extraction of EC-pADM on mice by mouth did not appeared whereas EC-pADM did. The cytotoxicity of extraction botainted from them respectively weren't observed in L-929 fibroblasts cultivated experiment. It was concluded that the properties of EC-pADM was better than EDC-pADM.
