Aiming at the unsynchronized making of collaborative plan, production plan and scheduling solutions in existing manufacturing systems, a model of multi-objective integrated collaborative plan and scheduling was constructed by considering the scheduling with collaborative plan under the circumstance of supply chain. A multi-objective optimization algorithm based on Pareto Optimal was proposed, and the task-based integrated coding scheme which included collaborative chromosome was designed. Through penalty operations, the simultaneous coordinating of collaborative plan and manufacturing plan was achieved. Four common performance indexes such as completion time, total cost, total delay time and average flow time in supply chain coordination were considered to optimize the model. The effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm was proved by simulation experiment.
