摘要
The corrosion test of Alloy 690 was conducted in solutions with Pb and without Pb to study the effect of lead on the corrosion behavior of Alloy 690, respectively. The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior and the electrochemical behavior of Alloy 690 in NaOH solutions with Pb and without Pb were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (LEIS). The SEM surface images show that the corrosion morphology of Alloy 690 is different and Pb can be found in the surface corrosion product. The SCC results show that Alloy 690 contains transgranular stress corrosion cracking in NaOH solution with Pb. LEIS results demonstrated that the Alloy 690 in NaOH solution with 1 000 mg/L Pb has large dispersion characteristics of electrochemistry. Alloy 690 has high sensitivity of stress corrosion in NaOH solution with Pb. ©, 2015, Editorial Board of Journal of HEU. All right reserved.
