Explore innovative food safety supervision mechanism

Food safety is a major social issues of the whole society which related to everyone's healthy. In China, with increasing economic globalization and international trade, the impact of food safety on political and economic is growing. Further meet the peoples need on food safety is an important task for promoting the innovation of social management system. This paper analyzed the main problems of current food safety problems based on China's current food safety regulatory system and mechanism.
