摘要：

Food safety is the basis that ensures people's life safety and health. Because of food's particularity, the safety supervision of the food market is especially important. According to the Motivation Theory, the paper analyzed the problems under the food safety supervision in China. Using Control Theory, the paper explained that under current food safety supervision system the open-loop structure has certain defects, so some food incidents occurred. Finally, the paper put forward some suggestions: change the current open-loop supervision to the close-loop supervision, set up mechanisms to supervise and restrain the progress of the food safety supervision, strengthen motivation measures to supervision department.
