Assurance and increase of productivity is a fundamental requirement for companies to remain competitive in the market. This article presents the Lean Production Leader, a leadership navigator that identifies and systematically reduces waste at the leadership level in production companies by examining the influence of managerial activities and skills on the productivity of production employees. © 2020, VDI Fachmedien GmBbH & Co..
