摘要：

The article analyses the historical aspects of the development of lean production, briefly describes modern concepts for improving production efficiency, and identifies the main tools and methods used in lean production and the application possibility in micro, small and medium enterprises in the Russian Federation. The article shows the possible advantages of introducing tools and methods in microenterprises. Also this article presents the barriers of the lean project implementation from the owners' side and the employees. Authors of the article offer a cycle for the implementation of a complex of projects at the enterprise.
