The structural energy self-organization in the processes of synthesis and friction of polytetrafluoroethylene based composites

摘要
The results are presented of experimental studies of mechanophysical and triboengineering properties of polytetrafluorethylene-based composite materials modified with dispersed and fibrous fillers. It is shown that the processes of solid phase synthesis and friction of the polymer composites are accompanied by changes in the phase composition, the parameters of the supermolecular structure and structural energy self organization of the dissipative tribostructures containing the liquid crystalline structures of the carbochain of polytetrafluoroethylene.
