MECHANISM OF ECONOMIC PROCESSES SELF-ORGANIZATION AT THE ENTERPRISE

The economic process of the enterprise from the standpoint of the theory of self-organization is investigated. The essence of the mechanism of self-organization of economic processes in the enterprise is defined, which means a set of methods, means, principles and tools capable of influencing the balance and self-development of the constituent elements of the economic process. The mechanism of self-organization of economic processes must ensure the stability of the constituent elements of the economic process, improve and increase their efficiency, accelerate the pace. The basic tasks of the mechanism of self-organization of economic processes are determined: establishment, maintenance, achievement and support of predetermined values of the parameters of the constituent elements of the economic process; increase of labor productivity and employees of mental labor; obtaining the maximum possible profit size; satisfaction of public demand in the production of products of labor and services. A measure of uncertainty has been established that affects the course of economic processes It is proved that active adaptation should affect the state of the environment (in particular, through civilized lobbying mechanisms, the adoption of useful legal acts, changes in the system of company contracts, the search for new sources of resources). In case of passive adaptation, it is necessary to use existing mechanisms of management of the economic complex for the use of internal reserves. Within the framework of this article, we are discussing the mechanism of economic self-organization processes at the enterprise. For its formation, it is proposed a set of methods, tools, principles and tools that can influence the balance and self-development of the economic process constituent elements. The degree of uncertainty was determined, which affects the course of economic processes - entropy. The established intervals for changing the values of relative entropy correspond to: high, medium and low levels of the economic system stability. The mechanism of self-organization of economic processes of an enterprise allows to provide a stable economic system of the enterprise concerning the destabilizing factors of the external and internal environment in the short, medium and long-term period.
