摘要：
The number of projects in the companies has risen steadily in the past. Project manaqement, understood as the totality of leadership tasks, organisatlon, techniques and means for handling a project, reaches its limits in an integrated project landscape. This contribution sets out the reasons for the increase in the number of projects and the limits of project management associated with them. The objectives and tasks of multiproject management are presented as a management instrument of the future and the multiproject operations centre as part of a comprehensive approach to seeking a solution.
