摘要
Nano-sized three-junctions superconducting quantum interference device (θSOT) demonstrates tunable sensitivity to the multi-directional magnetic fields for its 3D unique structure. We report the magnetic properties of this device using the state-of-the-art 3D simulations within the Ginzburg–Landau formalism. The stability range of the Meissner state, in other words, the vortex nucleation point of the device for two fluxes (in the left and right loop), is studied in detail. Static properties such as the distribution of Cooper pairs and screening current density of θSOT device are observed. Response of the θSOT sensor to the magnetic field's in-plane and out-of-plane components is investigated. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.
