摘要
With the rapid development of Internet technology, purchasing agricultural products through the E-co mmerce platform has gradually become a new normal in China. However, the quality and safety of agricultural products on E-commerce as the core issue has become increasingly salient. Therefore, it is particularly important to build the supervision service system of quality and safety of agricu ltural products on E-co mmerce under the perspective of Internet +. In this paper, it co mprehensively reviews the research and practice of the field on quality and safety of agricultural products from home and abroad, analyses the feasibility of the supervision service system of quality and safety of agricultural products on E-co mmerce from theory and technology. Finally, this paper proposes to build the supervision service system of quality and safety of agricultural products on E-co mmerce under the perspective of Internet + from the aspects of general idea and framework, key technologies, key modules of pre-sales, on-sale, after-sales, which will contribute to establish the supervision mechanisms of quality and safety of agricultural products on E-commerce in China.
