摘要
The dynamic characteristics of the automobile anti-lock braking system (ABS) solenoid valve plays an vital role in the ABS performance, which mainly depends on the dynamic response characteristics of the electromagnetic field of the solenoid valve in addition to the structural parameters of the solenoid valve and relevant material properties. Considering the nonlinear magnetic properties of material and the influence of the main working gap, the finite element model of the solenoid valve has been established using software Ansoft Maxwell. And many factors that can affect the solenoid valve response characteristics have been simulated. The simulation results indicate that we can improve the response time of the solenoid valve by appropriately increasing the excitation voltage or by reducing the working gap length or the non-working gap length. And the design of solenoid valve should select the optimal coil number of turns by calculating. It should be pointed out that the coil number of turns is not as small as possible, and the moving iron maximum speed will reduce if the coil number of turns is too small. © 2018 SHPMedia Sdn Bhd.
