摘要
The electromechanical installation project in the city park faces numerous risks, with uncertainty and human factors being pivotal. This study meticulously categorized project risks hierarchically and utilized Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to quantify their relative importance. It revealed that uncertainty factors carry greater weight in project risks compared to human factors. Notably, the study highlighted the inverse relationship between uncertainty reduction and the efficacy of human intervention, offering a fresh perspective on risk management. The technical innovation lies in presenting a systematic risk assessment framework for precise risk identification, evaluation, and formulation of effective control strategies by project managers. Future research will delve into leveraging advanced data analysis technology and artificial intelligence algorithms to enhance the risk assessment process, elevating decision-making accuracy and project success rates.
