摘要
To popularize the use of solar power systems (e.g., photovoltaic), it is necessary not to limit oneself to the direct uses of these renewable energies and to turn to cost reduction by developing innovative approaches for connection to the electricity grid, thus contributing to the production of global electrical energy. In this chapter, we present the development of a power-integrated circuit, the TOSHIBA-TLP350 gate driver, for the realization of a single-phase inverter in H-bridge. This circuit was designed and controlled by a high-frequency PWM signal, generated by a microcontroller control board using a predefined program, to facilitate filtering and attenuation of current harmonics presented at the filter output. The application proposed in this work can be used in other renewable energy conversion systems. The effectiveness of this achievement is demonstrated by experimental results.
