Fundamental Right to Peace: Productive Projects and ODDs Within the Framework of the Reincorporation of The Farc-Ep in Colombia

This article aims to identify the constitutional precept of the fundamental right to peace within the context of the reincorporation of former members of the FARC-EP in Colombia. It explores the relationship between the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), productive programs, and the reintegration process. The methodology employed is descriptive, interpretive, and documentary-bib-liographic. The article discusses peace as a principle and right of the demobilized population group, utilizing data from the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization. Additionally, it examines the economic and labor reintegration processes that contribute to the gradual reintegration of demobi-lized individuals and the protection programs aimed at mitigating violence against peace signatories.
