摘要
Objective: To analyze the process of socio-economic reintegration of Farc-ep ex-combatants in Colombia, emphasizing the collective and community association component of solidarity economy. Methodology: using observation and monitoring as central concepts of the methodology, a qualitative analysis of information provided by the Farc Party, the Ecomun organization, in-depth interviews with former Farc combatants and follow-up reports on the implementation of the Final Agreement is carried out. Results: The evolution of the reintegration in Colombia from the 1980s to the present is presented, evidencing the turn that the intervention of the State has had, where it has passed from an individual and short-term approach to a collective one and of Long duration; and it describes and analyzes the reinstatement program designed with the Farc-ep, which lasts for 10 years and promises to be an unprecedented case in the world, whose main novelty is the collective and community approach and the decisive participation of the demobilized actor. Conclusions: it stands out as the collective commitment to reinstate the ex-guerrilla of the Farc-ep, through the Ecomun cooperative project, it has become the backbone of the process of social and economic reintegration of the ex-guerrillas, and a component of their ideological proposal and Programmatic as a political party.
