摘要：
The purpose of this research article is to establish the concept of amnesty within the framework of the Peace Agreement FARC-EP case, the research was developed from a qualitative methodology with the analysis of documentary sources. During the analysis of results, it was possible to define that transitional justice contributes to the recovery of confidence in Peace and does not promote impunity, in accordance with the requirements established by it. In conclusion, the amnesty within the peace agreements and especially in transitional justice within the framework of the peace agreements in the FARC-EP case constitutes a mechanism for the achievement of peace and the end of the war, allowing those responsible to render accounts making way for forgiveness and oblivion.
