摘要：

In ACHD patients, the coexistence of arrhythmias and HF often displays an intricate interplay. This interrelationship is associated with heightened morbidity and mortality. The specific underlying CHD condition guides the choice of management strategies. Effective management strategies encompass a range of interventions, including pharmacotherapy for both arrhythmias and HF, transcatheter or surgical hemodynamic optimization, the utilization of CIEDs, and catheter ablation of arrhythmias.
