摘要
The microsystem technology aims at the complete integration, monolithic or hybrid, of the functions for sensing, actuating and signal processing : the first products are arriving on the market and the main axes of research are now well identified. The authors, taking support of some recent French realizations, describe the general state of the art and trends related to that emerging technology.
