摘要
The evolution of the port sector is a strategic element for the economic development of the countries, since the organizations are challenged to operate efficiently and effectively to ensure the continuity of their activities, logistics has been used to develop advantages in new fronts, by its capacity to evolve to respond to market changes. Port logistics is becoming a determining factor for the ports and evaluating and controlling the performance are strategic tasks to know the development of the system, being the performance indicators used to measure the performance of the ports, representing the achieved levels of service and production.
