THEORETICAL BASES OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGYCAL SKILLS

The vertiginous development of science and technology and its globalized nature requires the formation of an education professional, specialized in Marxism, Leninism and History, endowed with a philosophical thought, historical culture and moral and revolutionary values that lead him to a responsible and committed to the transformation of Cuban society, for which it is essential that it possesses pedagogical professional skills that contribute to that end. The present article has the objective to foster the theoretical bases of the development process of the professional pedagogical skills of the students of Marxism, Leninism and History in the University of Pinar del Rio.
