Digital skills and professional development of teachers in a Faculty of Peru

摘要
The objective of the research was to establish the relationship between digital skills and the professional development of teachers in a Faculty in Peru. An assumption was raised that declared that digital skills are significantly related to the professional development of teachers in the Faculty. The population consisted of 35 teachers, with a non-experimental, associative correlational and cross-sectional design. This research used the survey as a technique, validating two Likert-type ordinal scale questionnaires, using Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficients. The SPSS version 25 software was used for information processing, the achievements are shown through tables and the Rho Sperman statistics. The results show the existence of a high positive correlation (rho 0.874) and a significance (sig.0.000) for the digital skills and the professional development of the teachers of the faculty.
