EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH IN EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE FORMATION OF TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Training professionals of the specialties and technical careers, both mid-level and higher education is one of the priorities of the education system, while the workforce provide skilled labor sector. To achieve this goal it is necessary to turn preparing teachers, who are responsible for directing the process of learning in line with current developments and new requirements of science and technology through educational research. This paper aims to identify key relationships that contribute to the development of Teaching for training of professionals in career and technical specialties, from educational research with a view to enriching their theoretical framework.
